AUDACIOUS PIONEER of CLIMATE FINANCE
Javier is passionate about expanding and disrupting climate finance throughout the world. He is joining GTL as a Representative Partner to contribute to Global Green Transformation.
Javier Manzanares has been appointed Co-CEO of GreenClimate DAO that will be launching the cryptocurrency “ClimateCoin”. Javier was previously the Deputy Executive Director at the Green Climate Fund (GCF)
Javier began his career in banking and finance with Banco Santander in the United States, Hong Kong and Japan. He was also the first chairman of the board at IASE, the International Association for Sustainable Economy. Javier also has experience as the former division manager of Investment and Development Banking at the Central American Bank for Economic Integration. He worked as the executive VP for two privately held banks of Grupo Fierro before moving on to his most recent previous job as director and representative of UNOPS in the MERCOSUR region based in Argentina.
He holds a PhD in Sustainability and Management from Inha University and a dual MBA from Kellogg School at Northwestern University(USA) and an EMBA from Hong Kong University of Sciences & Technology, HKUST(China).

John is Representative Partner of GTL, an inspirational business architect, leading GTL’s overall business.
He focuses on strategic initiatives in integrating global green sustainable finance, green sustainable business transformation and management, green smart technology innovation, country capacity building, and architecting global mega-impact green sustainable action initiatives.
John serves countries, organizations and businesses to inspire, architect and realize strategic opportunities for their holistic transformation toward realization of green sustainable economies, businesses and societies.
Prior to founding GTL, John has worked with global organizations in various industries upon strategic business architecting and planning, open digital innovation, business change management, implementation of integrated enterprise ICT systems, and new innovative business development initiatives.
Over 33 years of his professional career across continents, John has served at major global organizations, including Seoul National University, UNFCCC Green Climate Fund (GCF), IBM Business Consulting Services, Fujitsu Consulting, Open Business Consulting Group, Fusion Consulting, IBM and Samsung Fire and Marine Insurance Co.

STRATEGIC INNOVATOR
As CEO and leading director for Sphinx Academy, Kenneth is on a mission to inspire the global community to achieve a climate-resilient, sustainable, inclusive transformation.
Kenneth began his career in IBM Korea as a principal consultant of CRM practice in Business Innovation, and was later the director for CRM operations at SK Corporation. He was also VP for the New Business Planning Division at Hyundai Card, and the director of marketing at Samsung F&M Insurance. Most recently, he was the CEO of an IT based startup company which focused on consulting and education in IT planning and marketing for many public enterprises and private companies, such as KOICA and KOTRA.
Kenneth holds a MBA from University of Pittsburgh, and a second MBA from Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.

PASSIONATE ENTREPRENEUR
Raymond co-founded GTL to leverage his expertise in information technology (IT) and international business relations for a mission to save the earth and contribute to the global transition into a sustainable, green earth.
Raymond started his career at Hynix in 1987. He co-founded an IT startup called TDI in Silicon Valley in 1990, then proceeded to establish TDI S.A. in Brazil, which made TDI into a global IT software distributor. In 2000, he became the head of Legato System’s Korean division, and consulted several IT venture companies on foreign market entry. He worked as the head of operations as EMC acquired Legato, then succeeded to branch manager of Quest Software Korea. Most recently, he partnered with Smart Technologies to create Smart C&I to lead the digital transformation in the workplace and education through the use of smart boards.
Raymond holds a MBA from San José State University and a BA in Business from Sogang University

BUSINESS INTEGRATOR
YS is the leader of GTL’s Technology and Business Integration Division and Green Transformation Business Forum. YS specializes in big data, blockchain and CRM, as well as IT planning and consulting.
YS began his career in Anderson Consulting Firm, now known as Accenture. He was also the principal consultant of Data Analysis and CRM Practice at Ernst&Young and IBM Korea. YS has also worked as VP at SK C&C’s consulting division and at OpenTide, the consulting firm of Samsung SDS. Before joining GTL, he was the CEO of a Business and IT consulting and education firm, in which he used Big Data Consultancy and Metaverse Business Modeling to consult private companies such as KT, SKT and SK C&C on IT planning.
YS holds a BS in Bio System Engineering from Seoul National University.

Leading Edge IT System Expert
Charles is the leader in GTL’s Global Green Finance Division. He is responsible for developing a platform and practical methodology for the net-zero project.
Charles began his career as a senior researcher at the Computers Division for Samsung Electronics. From 1996 to 2016, he founded and worked as CEO for an IT company that provided systems engineering solutions to domestic companies and government agencies, including the Korea National Police Organization, National Fire Agency and Samsung. Prior to joining GTL, he was the chief researcher at the Cognitive Computing Lab in Gachon University, specializing in developing artificial intelligence algorithms.
Charles holds a MBA from Hanyang University and a BS in Nuclear Engineering and Mechanical Engineering from Hanyang University.
Since 2020, he has been participating in a PhD program at the Cognitive Computing Lab at Gachon University’s Department of Computer Engineering. His research includes big data, IoT, artificial intelligence and deep learning

INSPIRING CHANGE MAKER
Jaehee joined GTL to raise awareness and take action to reverse the global temperature. Her works include building marketing programs and social campaigns to inspire people for green transformation.
Jaehee has 28 years of professional experience in B2B marketing and communications for multinational IT corporations. She started her career at Raychem and worked in Quantum, DELL then as a managing director of field marketing at EMC’s Asia Pacific Region and Korea. She was also the partner alliance director for DELL Technologies Korea. Prior to GTL, she was VP for Actifo’s Asia Pacific Region’s International Marketing Division.
Also an author, she has written several books on enterprise organizational sensitivity, organizational quotient, as well as travelling and pilgrimage.
Jaehee holds a MBA from Helsinki School of Economics (now Aalto University) and a BA in Political Science and Diplomacy from Ewha Women’s University.

David is an expert in climate change and sustainable development, with nearly 30 years of extensive experience in the industry.
David entered the Korea Energy Agency(KEA) in 1994 and assumed multiple responsibilities as Director General of Climate Change. In 2019, he became KEA’s Climate Response Executive Director. Since 2021, he is a visiting professor for the College of Energy Industry Convergence and Open Sharing System at Seoul National University.
David has experience in working as the National Commission on Sustainable Development’s Climate Change Committee Member, International Standards Organization(ISO)’s Carbon Footprint Standard Establishment Convenor, Korea Forest Service(KFS)’s Carbon Sink Promotion Committee Member, ISO’s Climate Change Coordination Committee Member, Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affair(MAFRA)’s Korean Allowance Unit(KAU) Distribution Committee Member for the food/beverage and lumber industry, as well as the Ministry of Environment’s 7th Environmental Policy Committee Representative. David also was the Korean delegate focusing on technology transfer and carbon reduction mechanisms, as well as a member of the Clean Development Mechanism(CDM) Executive Board under the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change(UNFCCC). Since 2014, he is a member of the National Assembly Forum on Climate Change’s Operating Committee.
David holds a Ph.D and masters in Energy Resources Engineering from Seoul National University, and a B.S. in Energy Resources Engineering also from Seoul National University.
